Reliable Residential is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support their garage door installation projects. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing project details, and ensuring a great overall experience for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installations, estimates, and follow-ups with customers, technicians, and designers
- Serve as a main point of contact for customers by confirming appointments, providing updates, and resolving questions promptly
- Partner with permitting agencies and internal teams to help ensure projects meet compliance and wind-load requirements
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents such as permits, waivers, and notices with accuracy and timeliness
- Help manage failed inspections by coordinating next steps and corrective actions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of schedules, project status, permits, and customer communication
- Support smooth handoffs between departments to keep projects on track
Skills
- Experience in project coordination, customer service, scheduling, or a related role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling/project management systems
