- Team and Stakeholder Management (30%): Partners with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; fosters collaboration across teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful product solutions.
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the role, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in simple terms to various audiences.
