P&C Account Analyst, Charlotte, NC (Program start June 2026)

The Account Analyst role involves participating in a structured training program to gain foundational knowledge in Property & Casualty insurance while supporting Account Managers and Executives in delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities - Support Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of client accounts - Assist with client and carrier requests by gathering information, preparing documentation, and following up as needed - Help cultivate and maintain positive client relationships - Prepare ID cards, certificates of insurance, ACORD applications, binders, and cancellations - Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and other documents - Maintain lists of open items and ensure timely completion of outstanding tasks - Analyze policies and endorsements to ensure accuracy and compliance - Follow up with carriers for outstanding endorsements, corrections, and policy updates - Participate in special projects to deepen industry knowledge - Support internal team processes and maintain accurate documentation Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes - Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to be coached and mentored - Self-confident and eager to develop client-facing experience and relationships - Possess analytical and problem-solving skills - Team player, adaptive to mentoring and continual learning - Comfortable with learning and using various technical platforms - Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
