What You’ll Do
• Own the social calendar - deliver a weekly stream of fresh, culturally relevant ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
• Spot and shape trends - pitch timely concepts our founders can easily capture (clips, memes, street bits, voiceovers, duets, etc.).
• Guide tone and timing - decide when and how we show up in the feed to feel current and authentic.
• Craft founder-led moments - position our founders as magnetic, credible voices at the intersection of dating, tech, and culture.
Who You Are
• Deeply online - you spot trends before they peak & know what makes content go viral.
• Creative storyteller - you think in hooks, storyboards & scripts that drive engagement.
• Brand builder - you’ve crafted social strategy/content for a consumer or lifestyle brand.
• Curious & opinionated - you live at the intersection of internet culture, tech, and dating.
