Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role but individual needs to be based in the US. The Outsource Accounting Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements and journal entries, conducting financial reporting, and performing various finance-related tasks. Daily responsibilities also include identifying and executing process improvements, collaborating with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting) • Proficient in Finance and Financial Reporting • Excellent Analytical Skills • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience in the finance or accounting industry • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous Apply tot his job
