We are seeking a full-time Network Analyst to join our corporate Information Technology team. In this role, you will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S.  Job Overview: The Network Analyst will support and enhance our network infrastructure, with a focus on security, performance, and reliability. This role will be responsible for managing firewalls, switches, VLAN configurations, and network security tools, while ensuring stable and secure connectivity across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies and a strong understanding of network security principles. What you will do: - Configure, manage, and support network infrastructure, including: - Firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Barracuda)  - Switches and routing (Cisco)  - VLANs and network segmentation  - Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and security  - Manage and optimize web application firewall (WAF) and spam filtering solutions  - Support firewall rule management, NAT configurations, and access controls  - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across on-prem and remote environments  - Collaborate with security teams to implement network security controls and policies  - Support VPN and remote access technologies  - Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements  Infrastructure & Server Support: - Support host infrastructure, including performance monitoring and capacity planning  - Participate in patching, upgrades, and maintenance of servers and underlying hosts  - Collaborate with systems and security teams on infrastructure-related initiatives  - Maintain documentation of network and infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures    What we are looking for: - 3–5 years of experience in network administration or engineering  - Strong experience with: - Cisco networking (switching, routing)  - Firewall management (Cisco, Barracuda, or similar)  - VLAN design and network segmentation  - Solid understanding of: - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP  - Network security concepts (ACLs, NAT, IDS/IPS)  - Experience troubleshooting complex network issues  - Preferred but not required:- Experience with: - Web Application Firewalls (WAF)  - Email security / spam filtering platforms  - VPN technologies and remote access solutions  - Certifications such as CCNA, VMware VCP, or equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs.
