Onsite Training – Microsoft Project Online: Intermediate Project Management (AZ) Description: We are a construction company seeking an experienced trainer to deliver an onsite, instructor-led course on Microsoft Project Online: Intermediate Project Management. Training Details: • Location: Arizona (onsite) • Participants: 8 (senior project managers, supervisors, and foremen – all existing employees) • Timing: Within the next couple of months (exact dates to be finalized) • Duration: 14 hours (can be delivered over 2 full days or 3 shorter days) • Focus Areas: • Project scheduling (priority topic) • Project management best practices in Microsoft Project Online • Report generation and dashboards • Progress tracking and resource management • Any other key topics needed for effectively managing construction projects in Project Online Requirements: • Proven experience delivering corporate training on Microsoft Project Online • Strong background in project management (construction industry experience is a plus) • Ability to provide hands-on, practical training tailored to our participants’ real-world needs • Must be available to travel to Arizona for onsite delivery Format: • Interactive lectures and discussions • Hands-on labs and exercises • Real-world application of concepts to construction project workflows Our Goal: Equip our senior staff with the skills to manage, schedule, and track projects more effectively using Microsoft Project Online.
