This role is pivotal in ensuring the security, compliance, and efficient management of our Microsoft 365 environment, including threat protection, data governance, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Microsoft 365 Administration:- Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- 2. Security and Threat Management:- Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Microsoft Defender for Office (MDO) for threat protection.
- 3. Endpoint Management:- Configure and manage device compliance using Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- 4. Data Protection and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies using Microsoft 365 compliance tools.
- 5. Collaboration and Governance:- Manage and optimize SharePoint Online for document management and collaboration workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing and securing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, MDM, MDE, and MDO.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (IRM, DLP, eDiscovery, etc.).
