**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our content strategy. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will help us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content release and episode discharge methodology to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
