Job Summary
We're seeking a seasoned Manager, Influencer Strategy and Marketing Innovation to guide the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across our brands. As a key member of our Influencer Marketing team, you'll help shape our strategic vision for engaging with influencers, develop innovative campaign concepts, and drive trackable campaign goals. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Guide the strategic vision of each influencer campaign, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and industry trends.
- Influencer Concepts: Develop and draft innovative influencer creative concepts for first- and third-party campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Briefs: Create strategic briefs for brand campaigns in partnership with the Campaign Execution team, outlining campaign goals, target audiences, and key messaging.
- Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar for influencer activations across major brands, ensuring timely and effective campaign execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage cross-functional team planning to develop and execute campaigns, working closely with influencers, content creators, and internal stakeholders.
- Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on Disney brand safety guidelines, adapting campaign processes to increase awareness and engagement around influencer activations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future influencer marketing strategies.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand management, or a similar function, leading high-priority projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Influencer Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of the influencer marketing space, including trends, best practices, and platform dynamics.
- Media and Brands: Background in media and brands, with experience shepherding large-scale, cross-channel influencer marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Organizations: Experience working with highly matrixed marketing organizations, navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
- Digital Media: Experience in digital media, talent/artist relations, public relations, and/or marketing.
- Short-Form Video Platforms: Familiarity with short-form video platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Analytics Tools: Knowledge of back-end publishing and platform analytics tools (e.g., FB Insights, YouTube Analytics).
- Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing direct reports, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Disney Experience: Familiarity with The Walt Disney Company, its brands, and its marketing strategies.
- Influencer Relations: Experience working with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies.
- Marketing Automation: Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools.
