As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your schedule and choose which clients and cases you'll accept.

Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Care: Provide skilled nursing services, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, and more.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice.
- Documentation: Meet all documentation requirements according to our agency's policy and procedure.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Supply Coordination: Coordinate and obtain necessary supplies, such as DME, wound care supplies, and medications.
- Training and Education: Assist clients and families with training and education as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Colorado.
- Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for experience in private-duty or home health care.
- Certifications: CPR/BLS certification.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness.
- Personal Qualities: Reliable, dependable, and on-time, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
