Oversee and lead the HEDIS/Quality Improvement data overreading process.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of HEDIS and quality improvement data by conducting thorough reviews and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps or deficiencies.
Train and mentor team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in data overreading.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis and industry best practices.
Monitor and track progress of quality improvement initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HEDIS and other quality standards.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in quality measures to ensure Molina Healthcare remains in compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS and quality improvement, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on data accuracy and quality improvement efforts.
