Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, leveraging your expertise to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Talent Scout: Identify top-tier talent across all roles within SaaS companies, utilizing your recruitment expertise to attract the right candidates, including tech and non-tech roles.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of the curve, understanding the SaaS market landscape and pinpointing where top talent is located and how to attract them.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' profiles, identifying strengths and gaps, and providing actionable feedback to match the right candidate to the right role.
