Job Description:
• Prospect daily through outbound calls using provided and self-generated leads
• Handle and respond to inbound call opportunities promptly and professionally
• Schedule and conduct client consultations (virtual and/or in-person)
• Assess client needs and present appropriate Life & Health insurance solutions
• Clearly explain plan options and close sales
• Complete applications and submit enrollments accurately and compliantly
• Follow up consistently to maintain pipeline activity and maximize conversions
• Generate referrals and cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate
• Build, manage, and grow your personal book of business
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and production activity
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Track daily activity and remain consistent with production goals
Requirements:
• Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound sales opportunities
• Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems
• Willingness to track activity and remain consistent with production goals
