Client & Team Relations – Provide expert HR guidance, foster inclusive cultures, and support organisational wellbeing. Performance & Development Support – create actionable development plans and foster high-performing teams. Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives – Champion equitable practices and diverse perspectives across our client projects. Learning & Growth – Coordinate online training solutions that support professional and personal development. HR Compliance & Administration – Ensure HR best practices are met across policies, systems, and contracts. What We’re Looking For: ✅ 5+ years of HR experience – Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or Organisational Development roles ✅ Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not essential) ✅ Exceptional interpersonal skills – Able to build trust, support clients, and mediate complex situations ✅ Tech-enabled – Comfortable with remote collaboration tools, CRM platforms, and social media engagement ✅ Growth-oriented mindset – Motivated by innovation, storytelling, coaching, and long-term career development Why Work with Us?
