Project Manager- Soft Cost

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Development Project Manager with hands-on experience in site development projects, hard/soft cost management, and Magenta Build initiatives. This role will support site development activities, lease reviews, document control, and coordination between market and regional teams. The ideal candidate has experience in telecom site acquisition, project/construction management, and development workflows, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts. Key Responsibilities • Support the Site Development Manager by reviewing and processing site lease agreements and maintaining document control within timelines. • Assist with justification packages for lease agreements outside governance criteria. • Gather project and lease data: schedules, assignments, tasks, and support documents. • Work with regional and market teams to track task progress and project assignments. • Assist with workflow development for lease intake and exception review processes. • Support field teams with tactical and support meetings, documenting notes and action items. • Collaborate on Magenta Build initiatives, tracking material and working with GCs to drive delivery. Qualifications • 3+ years relevant experience in telecom site development / construction. • Strong background in site development, hard/soft cost management, and Magenta Build. • Experience in site acquisition, construction management, or project management preferred. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. • Must be based in the EST time zone (Remote possible, but Cleveland, OH market preferred). • Onsite availability required as needed.
