Role Description
Eden is seeking an external Website CRO Specialist to provide expert-level conversion rate optimization services across our digital platform. This engagement is designed for a senior operator who can independently diagnose complex funnel problems and deliver a complete experimentation lifecycle that translates insights into measurable revenue growth.
The successful consultant will operate autonomously, utilizing their proprietary tools and methodologies to deliver agreed-upon project outcomes in collaboration with Eden’s internal teams.
Scope of Work (Deliverables)
• Page-Type Optimization Roadmap
• Conduct independent performance audits of specified page types (Homepage, Marketing LPs, PDPs, Blog templates).
• Deliver a prioritized CRO roadmap for each page type, identifying specific opportunities, hypotheses, and project timelines.
• Experimentation Program Management
• Independently plan, launch, and manage a high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing program using VWO (or equivalent testing platform provided by the contractor or mutually agreed upon).
• Define all requirements, targeting rules, acceptance criteria, and KPIs for experiments.
• Perform all necessary QA and analytics validation (measurement and logic standpoint) to ensure data integrity of experiments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the testing library, learnings, and "guardrails" for future reference by Eden’s team.
• Technical Specifications & Collaboration
• Provide clear, detailed implementation specifications (annotated wireframes, requirements, edge cases) for Eden’s Webflow developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with internal Design, Engineering, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure proposed CRO initiatives align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assess feasibility of proposed designs using working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Build and deliver weekly performance readouts and reports (using Mixpanel and GA4 data).
• Provide deep-dive behavioral analysis reports to justify optimization strategies.
Qualifications
• Professional Expertise: 6+ years of independent CRO experience with a proven track record of delivering measurable conversion lifts across diverse page types.
• Deep Domain Knowledge: Expertise in experimentation design, statistical rigor, UX heuristics, and funnel strategy.
• Technical Proficiency: High-level fluency in analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4) and experimentation platforms (VWO).
• System Knowledge: Working knowledge of Webflow capabilities and front-end code literacy (HTML, CSS, JS) sufficient for communication and requirements scoping.
• Operational Independence: Must manage own work schedule, professional licensing, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
Project Success Metrics (KPIs)
• Measurable lift in CTR and CVR on critical page types (Homepage, PDP, LPs).
• Successful delivery of a quantified, prioritized CRO roadmap.
• Establishment of a consistent, high-quality experimentation cadence and documented "Learnings Library."
• Improved funnel visibility and measurement confidence for internal teams.
• Attributable revenue impact resulting from implemented UX improvements.
