**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
* Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine suitable solutions for clients and partners, and following up as necessary to resolve issues
* Accurately entering information into arenaflex's healthcare software
* Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Providing exceptional customer service, working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, and compassion to clients and partners alike
* Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow, with a focus on continuous improvement and development
* Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone, email, or other channels, using our internal systems and tools to navigate solutions and record client notes
* Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
* Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
* A strong work ethic, with a focus on ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
* Strong decision-making skills
* Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
