Position Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of applications across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality user experiences. You'll work alongside other developers to ensure performance, functionality, and compatibility across devices and browsers, while also contributing to testing, troubleshooting, and occasional client-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
- Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
- Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
- Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback, testing and correcting or referring to appropriate personnel for correction.
- Evaluating code to ensure it meets company standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
- Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
- Establish a detailed program specification through client's requirements.
- Test sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended.
- Install the program into production, once testing is complete.
- May be assigned projects that require you to work directly with the client at an offsite location.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Programming, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong experience with object-oriented back-end languages (C#, Java)
- Skilled in debugging using browser dev tools, logs, and tools like Postman, SOAPUI, or Swagger
- Experienced in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, form/data validation
- Familiar with consuming and developing SOAP and RESTful services
- Comfortable using SDLC processes, Git, and command-line tools for project setup
- Proficient in front-end build tools like NPM, Yarn, Webpack, Gulp, SASS
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, ReactJS, Angular
- Working knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Familiar with analytics tools such as GTM, GA, Adobe Analytics, or Firebase
- Able to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities
- Understands Agile methodology and team collaboration practices
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of work
- Comfortable working independently or with a team, including remote work and video calls
