To build this category-defining AI company, we are looking for a technical Co-Founder / CTO who wants to architect and scale an enterprise-grade agent system from MVP to global SaaS platform.
Your Responsibilities:
• Define and own Orkana’s overall technology architecture and product infrastructure.
• Build and launch the MVP (Excel ingestion, KPI engine, risk detection logic, LLM prioritization layer, automated reporting).
• Design and implement a scalable multi-tenant SaaS backend.
• Develop the agent logic for supply chain analysis, scenario simulation, and prioritization.
• Prepare the technical foundation for ERP/API integrations.
• Lead future development of the autonomous execution layer (policy engine, approval workflows, ERP write-back logic).
• Ensure security, compliance, and enterprise-grade data handling standards.
• Recruit and lead the future tech team (data engineers, backend developers, AI specialists).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Act as long-term technical visionary and product architect of Orkana.
Minimum Requirements:
• Strong experience in backend architecture and scalable SaaS systems.
• Proven ability to build products from zero to MVP.
• Experience with data processing, analytics engines, or data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and secure multi-tenant environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration or strong willingness to build agent-based systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take ownership as a co-founder.
• Fluent in English.
• High autonomy, strategic thinking, and long-term commitment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing systems, or operational optimization.
• Experience building AI agents or decision-support systems.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Jira, Asana integrations).
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and SaaS economics.
• Previous startup or venture-building experience.
