We are a growing healthcare organization seeking a Fractional CFO with healthcare experience to help bring structure, clarity, and financial discipline to our next phase of growth.
We operate a multi-service healthcare platform that includes:
ABA Therapy
Mental Health Counseling
Home Health Services
Context
We already have:
an accountant (bookkeeping)
a financial controller (reporting and tracking)
So day-to-day financial work is covered.
What We Need
We are specifically looking for someone who can provide:
cash flow visibility (short-term and forward-looking)
forecasting tied to real operational drivers
financial structure that supports decision-making
clarity on how growth impacts cash, margin, and capacity
This is not a bookkeeping role.
This is a strategic finance role.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast
Develop a 12-month driver-based financial forecast
Create financial models tied to:
volume
reimbursement
staffing
Provide visibility into:
where growth creates financial pressure
how decisions impact profitability
Support capital allocation decisions
Help implement financial discipline across the organization
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in healthcare finance (ABA, behavioral health, clinics, home health, etc.)
Understands provider-based business models and reimbursement dynamics
Has built financial models tied to real operations (not theoretical models)
Can translate financial data into clear decision-making insights
Has worked with growing clinics, MSOs, or physician groups
Engagement Details
Fractional role (approx. 5–10 hours/week initially)
Likely long-term engagement if there is a strong fit
