We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our FP Movement team on a part-time basis. As a Key Holder, you will collaborate with the management team to oversee store operations, lead a team, and foster an engaging and inspiring customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and be part of a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, partner with the store leadership team to create an engaging experience, and drive sales through personalized service and product recommendations.
- Leadership + Team Management: Exercise decision-making and multitasking capabilities, prioritize service over tasks, and contribute to the development of others.
- Visual + Business Operations: Support the store management team with daily office procedures, execution of operations, and store maintenance.
- Communication + Relationships: Foster an inclusive and people-first philosophy, engage employees, and ensure open dialogue and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience being a team player and leader
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand
