**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Woodsville, NH. As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
* Providing exceptional customer service and answering general questions
* Cross-selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
* Providing account services to customers, including account openings and maintenance
* Balancing cash drawers and ATMs
* Scanning teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to use and learn computer-based systems, including arenaflex's proprietary software
* Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in banking or customer service
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Experience with cash handling and ATM operations
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
