About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and diligent professional to join our growing team as a Remote Warehouse Operations Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting your supervisor in managing and regulating all aspects of the warehouse, warehouse associates, and ensuring smooth operations at all times. This is a hands-on position that will require physical movement and handling of products, as well as leading the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the receiving department and ensure that capabilities are utilized correctly
- Delegate and assign work to maintain a 100% fill rate
- Assist with managing the stock, including receiving and storing products
- Lead essential training within the office
- Ensure the proper use and accountability of tools
- Ensure hours and capabilities are recorded accurately (e.g., time clocks)
- Respond to email/verbal questions as soon as possible
- Maintain the cleanliness of the department, including daily trash compacting
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to make decisions with minimal direction based on policies or common sense
- Experience in more than one office function, including receiving, stock control, pick, pack, ship, and return of products
- Experience with creating and responding to emails
- Power equipment insight, with the ability to work or be trained on Controlled Modern Truck Operations
- Experience with creating and updating systems, such as trouble tickets
- Working knowledge of WMS system, with understanding of High Jump being a plus
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and moving products 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and supply chain management principles
