Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner to strengthen their connection with our non-profit clients.
- Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics, ensuring you're meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Update donor records and manage data to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continually improve your skills and performance.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent at MDS, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, preferably in telephone fundraising.
- A dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, including the ability to learn our proprietary systems.
- A commitment to and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes we represent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors and prospective donors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
