We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in supporting the Department of Education. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing.
This is a remote position, but you must live within 1 hour of Jacksonville, FL, and be willing to work onsite for up to one week. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, email, or chat, and making outbound calls regarding FSA Loan Servicing. You will utilize our computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting, and respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
