Key Responsibilities
- Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phone calls, letters, and emails.
- Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Document customer interactions and store information into our call tracking system.
- Promote a positive company image to support customer service objectives and mission statement.
- Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintain assigned reports.
- Update customer addresses for our Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed.
- Moderate a high volume of inbound content on social media platforms, responding to customer comments and questions.
- Utilize sound judgment and align with brand, escalation, and customer service policies when addressing social media customer-related issues.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience, with proven conflict management skills.
- A flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution, and strong listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- PC knowledge, typing skills, and reliable internet access at home (cable internet provider required).
- Residency in one of the following states: Wyoming, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Texas, North Dakota, or Arkansas.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation.
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
- Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Compensation and Benefits
