About the Role
We are looking for a talented and organized Real Estate Virtual Assistant to work remotely and provide exceptional support to our real estate clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage listings and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and transaction documentation in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects identified from various lead sources, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Utilize CRM systems to keep accurate records of leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers, and perform regular updates and maintenance.
- Coordinate open-house events, promotional activities, and other tasks related to property listings, including staging and repairs.
- Gather information about market insights and locational amenities to provide valuable assistance in client selections and decision-making processes.
- Set appointments and meetings between buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform general administration tasks, including data entry, email management, and other duties as required.
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in business-related programs, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role, with a track record of success in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
- Proficiency in CRM and Multiple Listing Software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Proficiency in Property Management software, such as Appfolio, Buildium, or similar platforms, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience, with excellent writing and communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Working knowledge of content management systems, with the ability to create and edit content, and manage digital platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry and its nuances.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Experience with social media management, with the ability to create and implement social media campaigns, and engage with online communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps, providing a redundant connection and minimizing downtime.

This is a remote job, with a flexible schedule, allowing team members to work from anywhere, at any time, with a reliable internet connection. The work schedule is US work hours (20-40 hours per week), with opportunities for overtime, and flexible scheduling, to accommodate different time zones, and work styles.
Salary and Compensation
The salary for this role is competitive, with opportunities for growth, and development, based on performance, and experience. The salary ranges are as follows:
- Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to $3,200 per month
- Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to $4,000 per month
- Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to $5,000 per month
