We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Job Responsibilities** As an experienced Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools. You'll work closely with our external solution providers, design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver a top-tier stage experience that empowers our Customer Service team to provide exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide product management leadership to our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through close collaboration with our external solution providers. * Assist in defining processes, requirements, prioritization, risk identification, and mitigation, as well as creating and maintaining a guide. * Collaborate with every CS functional team to better understand their vision and challenges and deliver the most optimal solutions together. * Oversee integrations and adoption of products, including close cooperation with our design and data science teams, as well as external solution providers and consulting firms. * Grasp differences in support expectations in various regions around the world, and designer experience as well. * Extend product management responsibility to other tools as business needs present. * Represent the unique arenaflex culture. **What We're Looking For** * 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products. * Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment. * Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and specialist experience. * Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved customer and specialist experiences. * Organizational leadership and influence without authority. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: great presentations and introductions, ability to build trust and create collaborative organizations cross-functionally is critical. * Ability to motivate, propel, and lead designers and engineers. * Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products whether an external or in-house build. * Related experience focusing on Customer Service. * Experience dealing with global products is also beneficial. **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a global entertainment company that's changing the way people consume entertainment and connect with each other. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that's passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. * Professional development and growth opportunities that will help you achieve your career goals. * Flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance. **How to Apply** Ready to join our team?
