As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking information about our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require our CSRs to meet the following technical and environmental standards:
* High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25MBPS and upload speed of 5MBPS
* Ability to direct wire to your modem
* A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions and interruptions
**Essential Job Functions**

**Position Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
* High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
* 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry
* Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently
* Ability to accurately type 35wpm or more
* Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100 calls per day
