Your primary duties will include: * Directing members to the proper services needed * Educating members on various healthcare topics * Problem-solving and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services * Assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and resolution of claims issues **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on healthcare services and benefits * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction * Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High School Diploma or equivalent certification * One (1) year experience in a customer service related role with direct contact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications** * One (1) year experience in a physician healthcare office environment or high-volume call center * One (1) year experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
