The Associate Account Development Executive will assist Senior Account Development Executives in uncovering sales opportunities, conducting pre-sales discovery, and managing sales administrative functions to increase revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the sales discovery process, helping to uncover prospect/customer’s business objectives, challenges and issues
- Assists in responding to functional and technical elements of RFPs (requests for proposal)
- Works with internal teams through the sales and implementation process, coordinating activities
- Works to understand & navigate CDK’s Culture, internal network of resources, tools, and processes
- Contributes to documentation and recording of activities per established best practices
- Serves as a liaison between sales and other business units, in assigning and executing various sales administrative requests
- Gains an understanding of the industry segment and keep abreast of competitor developments
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful onboarding and rollout of solutions sold
