You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support, and you'll have the autonomy to make decisions that drive success. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Accurately enter customer and appointment information into our CRM system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate * Schedule appointments and dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs * Continuously improve our customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that drive success **Essential Qualifications** * Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results * High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong knowledge of CRM systems and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Experience working with a diverse range of customers, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive success **Schedule and Location** * Work from home 90% of the time, with occasional on-site work at our Golden, CO office * Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7 PM - 7 AM * Location: Mostly remote, with occasional on-site work at our Golden, CO office (16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO 80403) **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $18/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401k plan with company match * 40 hours of PTO + 1 PTO Day in your birthday month * 6 Sick/Personal Days * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on building a lasting career **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that's both challenging and rewarding.
