Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Mental Health Wellbeing Services team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members as their front-door to mental health resources. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. and enjoy a flexible schedule that includes Sundays through Thursdays from 1:30pm to 10:00pm EST.
