As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in people's lives. **Responsibilities** As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate * Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment * Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills * Familiarity with CRM tools and software * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Familiarity with CRM tools and software * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
