As a Service Desk 3 technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing servers, networks, infrastructure, data centers, SaaS applications, file shares, and other infrastructure issues. You'll work on projects with different teams and departments, alongside vendors, to deliver a seamless user experience for staff. Crusoe Support Desk is a critical component of our IT team, and we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team on the night shift.

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
