- Machine Operations: Perform highly repetitive types of short cycle machine operations, including adding and removing product, and making minor adjustments to optimize performance.
- Machine Set-ups: Complete machine set-ups based on product line, including teardown and setup of required tooling, to ensure efficient production.
- Quality Control: Inspect product quality and ensure product specification, tracking and entering all necessary information related to quality, throughput, and downtime into systems such as SAP.
- Material Management: Check and arrange for availability of materials and tools for workstation, ensuring a smooth production process.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing production requirements.
Essential Qualifications
