As a Maui Beverage Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and brand visibility across the island.

About the Role

This is a full-time, field-based position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in top retail stores across Maui. You will work independently, traveling to various retail stores to execute merchandising tasks, build relationships with customers, and provide best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retail stores nationwide.
• Travel to retail stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
• Help to maintain our relationships in the market by continuing to develop our supplier brands.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including reporting and administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in merchandising, sales, and customer service. Here are some of the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or a related field; experience in the beverage industry a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, with the ability to travel to various retail stores across Maui.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills can give you a competitive edge:

• Experience with merchandising software and technology.
• Knowledge of the beverage industry, including trends and competitor activity.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications or training in sales, merchandising, or a related field.

• A competitive hourly rate starting at $23.00 per hour or more, depending on experience.
• A $1,000 Sign On Bonus, with additional bonuses after 6 and 12 months of employment.
