In this role, you will work closely with our utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs. Your primary responsibilities will include growing information of voice of the customer methods, leveraging this information to outline and transform facts within our cornerstone large data platform, and designing and building a sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in customer service or data entry roles, excellent typing speed and accuracy, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
