As a Learning Center Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in driving student success, leading our team of instructors, and building strong relationships with our community. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in client satisfaction and retention efforts to ensure the continued growth and success of our learning center
- Oversee and ensure the educational progress of our enrolled students, managing learning plans and providing guidance and support as needed
- Lead and coach our team of instructors, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional instruction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our community, participating in events and activities that promote our brand and values
- Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to leads and enrolling new students in our programs
- Teach and tutor students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery, using the Mathnasium Method and our proprietary educational materials
Essential Qualifications
- A strong passion for math and working with students of all ages and skill levels
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Eagerness to learn and be trained in our proprietary methods and materials
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency, with a strong understanding of math concepts through at least Algebra I (Pre-calculus and Calculus knowledge a plus)
- Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications

- Previous experience in education or a related field, with a strong understanding of instructional design and delivery
- Leadership or management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results
