their features, functionalities, and technical specifications. * **Coordinating with technical teams**: You'll work closely with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions. * **Examining technical logs and troubleshooting**: You'll analyze technical logs to identify and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective support. * **Handling technical processes and explaining them to non-technical stakeholders**: You'll be able to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for less-technical individuals to understand. * **Managing a dynamic workload**: You'll be able to prioritize
