About the Role

You will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to define and implement the best digital marketing strategy to reach our target audience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creation of the Digital Marketing strategy: Collaborate with the CMO to develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.
- Social Media Management Support: Assist in planning and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, and X.
- Digital Content Creation: Participate in the creation of digital content, including blog posts, articles, email marketing, and more, to develop your copywriting skills and maintain a relevant online presence.
- Analysis of Marketing Metrics: Work with the Data Analyst to monitor the performance of digital campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as website traffic, conversion, and social media engagement, and making data-driven improvements.
- Performance Marketing, Online Advertising Campaigns & Advertising: Collaborate in the creation and management of online advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising, choosing keywords, creating engaging ads, and optimizing performance.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Learn the basics of search engine optimization to improve the visibility of our website, dealing with keyword research, link building, and other SEO practices to increase search engine rankings.
- Graphic Design: If you have skills in Adobe, Figma, Canva, or similar, you will have the opportunity to work with our graphic designers to create content for social media, our website, advertising campaigns, and offline gadgets.
