Under the supervision of our experienced leadership team, the Friday Night Shift Ambulance Dispatcher will perform a variety of skills and functions in support of the Team Operations Center. This includes receiving and dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls, participating in the work of a dispatcher/call taker, and performing other duties as assigned. As a dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families in need of medical assistance, and your exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in providing seamless and quality customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
