Key Responsibilities
As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing IT administration of all site implementations, inventories, framework planning, accompanying, preventive measures for maintenance, and break/fix services for data center critical infrastructure, IT certification labs, and remote communication room critical climate hardware
- Supporting IT labs to align our customer application and engineering teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications
- Coordinating remotely with professional services responsible for critical infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms
- Managing, operating, maintaining, and monitoring all critical facilities infrastructure for data center and remote communication room equipment
- Developing data center and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
- Supporting IT Offices campus fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and campus facilities underground fiber ring
- Recommending and implementing departmental policies, guidelines, procedures, and standards
- Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations
- Managing project management of data center and remote communication room standards capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements
- Selecting IT and critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, getting the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities systems
- Project management experience with remote communication room standards capital upgrades, overhauls, and improvements
- Capital forecasting and project management for airport critical hardware life cycle replacement
- Support for corporate real estate projects that interface with remote communication room design/work as an IT Offices representative and on-site assessment reporting
- Space, UPS power, and critical cooling capacity management
- Selection of critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, getting the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities within established time constraints
- Flexibility to support an operation with varying shifts, extended hours, and on-call requirements
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- IT project management experience with (at least 3 years) in a high-availability communication room or data center operating environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
