About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Hmong Bilingual Telehealth Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Telehealth Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class interventions and patient care, working closely with pharmacists, nurses, and our supportive leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to aid in the delivery of clinical interventions and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services for our commercial and Medicare members, utilizing telephonic and video chat outreach to analyze medication regimens and provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound phone calls to members to offer Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and other commercial programs outside of traditional MTM
• Provide outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers to enhance care coordination and support the Star ratings program
• Field inbound phone calls from members to initiate MTM or other CEC services
• Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document medications as part of the MTM Program
• Collaborate with other CEC staff to maintain a high-quality service
• Facilitate communication to clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and program outcomes
• Maintain knowledge of regulations regarding CEC programs
• Develop a full understanding of Navitus Clients’ member experience and how the CEC contributes to improved health and wellness
• Compliance with all applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as required by state laws
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations
• Bilingual (Hmong) preferred
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working in a telehealth environment
• Knowledge of MTM programs and services
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
