Job Overview

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members who are in need of emergency road service. You'll receive incoming calls, process requests, and provide timely service to ensure our members' safety and satisfaction. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for answering members' questions, providing detailed information about our products and services, and selling memberships to encourage retention, renewal, and new sales. If you're bilingual, you'll have the opportunity to work with members who speak different languages, facilitating communication and resolving customer needs and problems.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

If you're bilingual, you'll need to satisfactorily pass a translation assessment (from English to the target language and from the target language to English) during pre-hire screening.
