Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting real-time investigations to locate customer orders and identify potential delivery issues
- Contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays
- Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency - minimum of C1 level)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
