Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at FedEx, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business insights, create data visualizations, and inform strategic decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will enable you to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for data/text mining and analysis to enable informed business decisions
- Business Insights: Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis techniques to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Solution Development: Create arrangements from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a broad range of audiences
- Technology: Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop meaningful insights and recommendations to management
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Regularly use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management to drive navigation
- Leadership: Guide less senior staff, work on cross-functional projects, and present to management
Requirements
- Education: Four-year degree in Data Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance)
- Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in analytics and examination, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
- Skills:
