Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry. **Job Summary** As a Project Manager, Customer Excellence & Innovation, you'll be responsible for integrating, solution engineering, and implementing new business as well as improvement and innovation projects for existing business. You'll work closely with our clients, Operations, Sales, Account management, and IT teams to engineer client solutions that meet their complex requirements and achieve consistent and high-quality service delivery. Your expertise in EDI implementation, project management, and logistics will be invaluable in driving growth and innovation at arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Support sales to grow revenue and optimize margin by acting as an operational and TMS subject matter expert in the solution design process and in client meetings as part of the pre-sale process * Provide RFI risk and ROI assessments as part of the pre-sale process when a Client's requirements are complex * Engineer client solutions, aligning client requirements to arenaflex's services portfolio * Serve as a Purchase Order Management expert and super user, providing demos and determining the optimal solution to meet a Client's need * Manage all Client EDI integration projects * Perform integration UAT testing, coordinating with global and regional IT and the Client * Manage the implementation of Client integration projects coordinating with Sales, IT, and Operations across regions * Develop SOPs, communicate, and train key stakeholders * Participate in Client Business Reviews to support continuous improvement * Drive growth through innovation projects, showing differentiation and building "stickiness" with Clients * Maintain direct customer contact throughout the lifecycle of a project **Essential Qualifications** * A minimum of 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding industry, including 3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding operations experience * Experience managing or coordinating EDI processes with partners, vendors, or customers * 3 years' experience in a role with extensive senior-level client interaction * Prior use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) * Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal * Experience with EDI standards, platforms, and business processes * General understanding of the Supply Chain Management and Logistics industry * Understanding of the full range Logistics services, including, but not limited to, order management, customs brokerage, cost optimization, warehousing, transport management, and various industry-specific requirements * Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills * Ability to lead through influence and motivate a diverse team at all levels in the organization **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint * Solid understanding of Project Management and Quality concepts and methodologies * Knowledge of CargoWise TMS * Demonstrated competency in the following areas: + Business Acumen (Problem Solving, Making Decisions, Using Sound Judgment, Researching, Organizational Acumen/Political Savvy, Demonstrates Global Perspective) + Interpersonal and Communication Skills (Interacting with Others, Listening to Others, Speaking to Others, Sensitivity to Others, Demonstrating Positive Attitude, Maintaining Composure, Demonstrating Enthusiasm and Energy, Influencing Others, Demonstrating Teamwork) + Results Driven (Being Persistent/Overcoming Barriers, Drive to Achieve Goals, Taking Initiative, Taking Ownership, Being Resourceful, Project/Process Management, Multitasking, Being Productive, Showing Creativity) + Conviction (Adapting to Change, Being Flexible, Dealing with Stress, Resolving Conflicts, Courage, Finding Work Improvements) + Personal Integrity (Behaving with Integrity, Demonstrating Work Ethic, Following Rules, Being Dependable, Safety Orientation) + Customer Passion (Customer Service, Valuing Quality, Focusing on Details, Finding Work Improvements) + Analytical Skills and Basic Abilities (Interpreting and Using information, Learning and Following Procedures, Using Computer Skills, Using MS Office applications, Using technical/job knowledge, Learning Agility, Reading, Writing, Using Basic Math, Reasoning with Math) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 per year * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the logistics and freight industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
