**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Source Identification**: Understand the concerned order of requirements and service level agreements, define and identify the most appropriate data sources for required information, and perform preliminary data quality tests on extracted data.
* **Problem Formulation**: Analyze business problems within your area of expertise, question assumptions to help the business perceive the root cause, identify and recommend solutions, and set data analytics, big data analytics, and automation goals and deliverables based on setup achievement standards.
* **Analytical Modeling**: Select suitable modeling strategies for complex problems with multiple structured and unstructured data sets, select and develop variables and features iteratively based on model responses in collaboration with the business, and conduct exploratory data analysis activities (e.g., basic statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, statistical inferences) on to-be-had data.
* **Model Deployment & Scaling**: Ability to work with MLOps to push ML models to production, continuously log and track model behavior against described metrics, and identify model parameters that may need adjustments based on the scale of deployment.
* **Code Development & Testing**: Write code to develop the specified solution and application capabilities by identifying the right programming language and leveraging business, technical, and data requirements, create test cases to study and validate the proposed solution design, and test the code using the right testing method.
* **Applied Business Acumen**: Evaluate proposed business cases for projects and initiatives, influence business stakeholder decision-making, translate business requirements into strategies, projects, and initiatives, and align them to business method and goals.
* **Model Assessment & Validation**: Identify and review model assessment metrics based on analytical requirements, apply appropriate strategies for model testing and tuning to evaluate accuracy, fit, validity, and robustness, and ensure testing data is documented and maintained by the team.
* **Data Visualization and Storytelling**: Identify and recommend the most appropriate visualization tools based on context, generate suitable graphical representations of data and model outcomes, and present to and impact various audiences using the right frameworks and convey clear messages through deep business and stakeholder knowledge.
**What You'll Bring**
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years of experience in an analytics-related field.
* Deep knowledge and understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data science in general.
* Strong programming skills in at least one of Python/R.
* Ability to execute projects end-to-end with junior colleagues.
* Implement best practices in ML Ops, coding standards, etc.
* Clearly communicate with business, product, and application partners.
* Ability to translate complex algorithm evaluations into simple language.
* Ability to present to management, including outside clients.
